YW Camp Idea
Hi guys, welcome to new followers, I'm so glad that you were able to join us. Now I'm not officially back yet, but you may see some handouts this next week. But we will see how I feel and go from there.
Everything is hand drawn! I hope you like it! It is a .png file so you can print it on vellum or something else.
Hope it works for you Merry!
As I said I may be doing some projects, this is the first. This was a request from loyal follower, Merry. She is frantic to get an idea for her YW Camp this year and she shot me an email asking if I could come up with something to be put on a 4x4 tile to give to the girls and here's what I came up with. Please feel free to ask for my help I do really enjoy being here and helping you guys out!
Hope it works for you Merry!

Our Will
"Humbly submitting our will to the Father brings us the empowerment of God-the power of humility. It is the power to meet life's adversities, the power of peace, the power of hope, the power of a heart throbbing with love for and testimony of the Savior Jesus Christ, even the power of redemption." Bishop Richard C. Edgley

President Hinckley
These are just some of my favorite quotes from President Hinckley ENJOY!
"You are creatures of divinity; you are daughters of the Almighty. Limitless is your potential. Magnificent is your future, if you will take control of it. Do not let your lives drift in a fruitless and worthless manner."
"...we form each day the stuff of which eternity is made."
"Do your best-one day at a time."
"To you young women, you of the noble birthright, you the hope of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you the mothers and grandmothers and the great-grandmothers of the sons and daughters of Israel who are to come: Keep yourselves worthy of the blessings of God. Keep yourselves pure and virtuous and good and decent and sweet and wonderful; and as a servant of the Lord, I don't hesitate to promise you that you will be loved and respected and honored, and you will be grateful to get on your knees with tears in your eyes and thank your Father in Heaven for His watchful care over you and for the marvelous blessings that will be yours."

I Was Not There
I Was Not There
Kristy Money
I will admit I was not there
When Moses led them free.
I did not smell the salty air
While crossing the Red Sea.
I did not weep at Jesus' feet.
Not one tear did I shed
on Calvary's hill, nor did I see
My Savior's thorn-crowned head.
I did not wave the battle flag
Nor wield a Nephite sword
To fight for ancient liberty
With Moroni in Cumorah's war.
When wagons creaked and children slept
Upon the dirt and snow,
To die to reach their Zion land,
No handcar did I tow.
And yet, we have a Father who
Provided us a way
Through faith, desire, and humble prayer
To see all truths this day.
We need not have been there, my friend.
No eyewitness then need we have.
Through the still, small voice's whisperings,
Our faith in these shall live
