Relief Society Welcome Packet
I made one of these about a year ago and I have no idea what happened to it. So I decided to whip up another one, because it's just so helpful when you have something to give to a new member of the ward so they don't feel so out of place. There's 4 pages in all sized at 5x7.

Service is Sweet (Chutes and Ladders)
After working on the lesson for Primary 7, I thought a little game would be fun. So I whipped one up. I think that it could also be used for a FHE lesson or something. (Please don't forget that it was meant as a portion of a Primary lesson)
Use a die to see where you land.
You could also make up more "service" ideas to pose to the kids if you have more than a few and you play it more than once.
There's aren't markers for this, but you could use lots of different things.
- different colored buttons
- colors little pinto beans or something
- use markers from a different game (Trouble, Monopoly, etc)
Need a refresher on how to play "Chutes and Ladders"? Go HERE for instructions.
Enjoy!

LDS Stick Puzzles
Hi guys, I'm busy with Mod Podge and my Photoshop, making up some new stuff for our church bag and I wanted to share. So without further ado. I ran across a dinosaur stick puzzle and I thought how fun that would be but for our church bag (always looking for goodies for that bag) and so I whipped up some following her directions. So go over there and follow the directions and take your pick of which of these downloads you want :) (I'm thinking of doing more, please comment if you're interested in more)
Sorry you don't get any pictures of mine, not a project photo taker.
But coming from the trenches, here's some tips to add:
~ only do one coat of mod podge at a time so the colors don't smear
~ for these ones they are sized at 3.5x 5.5 so you'll need 15 sticks
~ wait about an hour or so before you cut so you don't cut the paper too
~ when you're ready to cut, turn them to the popsicle stick side so you know where you're cutting
Here's the dinosaur one. Thanks so much for the inspiration!!! Don't forget to go to her blog for the instructions :)
Here's the goods!!
Oh also on these you'll notice little gray lines on each (these are the lines to cut along to make them the right size :)

July Visiting Teaching Message
Love the message for July (goes right along with the Primary's theme). The first thing that I saw was Come to the Temple and Claim your blessings. What a powerful statement!! Which is why I included it on handout.
Want to read the message a little early?

And as the lesson asks the kids for "what's missing", here's some missionary tags. You can choose either white background or black.
And the lesson also gives a suggestion of having the kids write to a missionary from your ward. (If you don't have any call your mission office and they can give you name of someone who doesn't get a lot of mail)
I thought the sheet of 4s may come in handy if you just wanted to hand each kid one and have them write or draw their own letter and send them all together.
So with that, here's a letter for either an Elder or a Sister.

Singing time: Sing like....
This one is going to be an ongoing project, but here's the first 6. Now basically the idea is to put these onto popsicle sticks, pull them out of a hat, etc for kids to sing in fun ways so it never gets boring. I do have a LONG list of fun ideas and I'll be making up cards for them in time, so if you have a fun way to sing, shoot me an email or comment below and I'll add them to the list :)
They are all the same size about 4.5 in (I made them on a transparent 5 in square and they are all round) Have fun!! I'd love your feedback!!
