Cub Scouts Inactive Candybar Wrapper

7/9/13: I'm finally getting to this project, revamping the wrapper since the other one was lost when I had a hard drive crash in 2010, so here's the new one in 3 different sizes. Enjoy!

Cub Scouts Binder Cover

Amy G. requested Cub Scouts stuff, so here's the beginning to get the creative juices flowing. I don't have a lot of materials for cub scouts so please comment with ideas or helps that you would like, that maybe aren't free somewhere else :) Best wishes! This will be fun!

(Don't worry Amy, I still have your Action Plan to come later!)
