 My long-suffering followers,

I did it! I am finally done with my degree! I now have an 8-month break before the next step begins and I cannot wait to spend more time with you all after a long break to focus on my education. We are in for a wonderful year as we learn about our pioneer heritage and study the Doctrine and Covenants!

Another installment for your study notebooks is here and I love how it turned out. The cover is my favorite! I struggled with what to do for the cover. Should I focus on Joseph Smith or the events? I decided that it needed to be focused on the events because this sacred text isn't about Joseph Smith but of the impact of continuing revelation and the restoration of the gospel.
