LDS.org Primary 2, Lesson 16: Jesus Christ Has the Power to Heal

Heavenly Father and Jesus love every person who asks to be healed, but sometimes people are not healed even when they are administered to. Some are not healed because Heavenly Father knows they can become stronger people by learning to live with their sickness or disability. Others are not healed because it is the right time for them to die and go back to Heavenly Father. We must have faith that Heavenly Father knows the best answer to each prayer.

Forget Me Not

Were you able to watch the General Relief Society Meeting yesterday? If not, neither could I. I had family in town for my little baby's blessing and so instead we were playing games and spending time together, but today I watched it and am so grateful for President Uchtdorf and the words that he spoke. They were for me I just know it. I wanted to make myself a little reminder of one of my favorite parts of his talk to keep with me and put on my mirror and of course I'm giving you the download also. If you missed the talk PLEASE go and listen or watch it, it was an amazing talk from an apostle of God.

This scripture has provided such comfort to me and I'm sure to thousands of others, that I couldn't help but share. I have this on my teacher binder I love it, especially because the painting is of Joseph Smith in Liberty Jail where he received this chapter. ENJOY!

He Passed Beneath All Things

Hello, sorry for my absence you guys! With Easter and spending time with family all weekend I've just been really tired and didn't have any juices flowing. How was Conference for everyone? Lot of "parent" talks I'm excited to study them again and pick them apart to help me, since my son didn't come with a manual.

Today's posts will probably be the last for a few days, our bathrooms are going to be ripped apart, pipes replaced, new fixtures, the works, so we're going to be staying at the in-laws tomorrow until probably Monday, I'll try and post on occasion, but don't expect any. So today I'm cranking out, lesson helps and extra tidbits.

Logan Temple Warriors

How are you guys liking the new Easter kit? I have a new binder cover/poster for you today. It's a story about the Logan Temple and Nephite Warriors coming to protect the temple and it's records when marshals come and want access and threaten to burn the temple down. It's a great story of faith and prayer. You can frame it or it will fit in a standard binder. My favorites are the beige and green ones!
